Isabel came out to our new home today. Checked a possible leak, cleaned several drains, scoped our line out to the street and replaced a sink basket in the kitchen. Super friendly guy, communicated findings along the way and then went over everything that was done. Finished ahead of his proposed schedule. Efficient, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly.

I called with an emergency and Devin came out to save the day! I am so appreciative of the timeliness. About an hour after I called, Devin showed up! He fixed the problem quickly. He was so helpful. He was kind, courteous and professional. The cost was not hundreds of dollars like the other companies are charging just to come out! He gave me estimates on the different options for my repair, and explained what each of them would entail. Next time our family has a need, we will be calling to request Devin!

Called this afternoon and Troy came out within 30 minutes and had my issue resolved quickly and efficiently. He has done work for me before and is always pleasant and professional! Great experience!

Isabel is a fully competent and hard working plumber. Highly professional and honest. I have experienced a gaggle of local plumbers who failed in so many ways. I can count on Bodenheimer Plumbing and Isabel to provide first rate service! Additionally, Jennifer of the office staff is efficient and responsive in all aspects of the projects!

I wasn’t really sure what was going on, only that my water wouldn’t drain. Mike and Jennifer were helpful in identifying that I probably need septic first. They were right, I did! but Jennifer kindly called back to check on me and it turns out I needed a plumber too. She made the apt right then and sent someone out to me within the hour. Justin was great, he explained everything to me and was pretty quick with the job. Justin went above and beyond cleaning up after himself. Thankful to be able to use my shower again!

Devin was quick efficient un identifying the program and getting it corrected. Bodenheimer customer service and dispatcher were very helpful and got Devin out the same day I called.

I had a great experience using their services. I submitted a request through their website and received a follow up within 30 minutes to schedule an appointment for the next day. The techs Isabel and RJ arrived right on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. They assessed the situation and gave me a few options with varying level of scope to address the issue. Pricing was very reasonable and I went with their highest level of work suggested to rework the main water shutoff valve and piping in my crawlspace. They got to work and had the job completed within 3 hours of arriving on site. Very happy with the end result and they left the area clean and neat.
